The kts777 support team can assist you in Burmese. Players from Myanmar can describe their issues clearly without any language barrier — we take special care to make that possible. Support is available via both Live Chat and email.
To save time when contacting us, please have your account username, the transaction reference code related to the issue (if available), and a description of the problem (preferably a screenshot) ready. With that information, we can help you resolve the issue much faster.
Live Chat is the best option when you need an immediate response — for deposit issues or quick questions about games. Email ([email protected]) is suitable for sending attachments or submitting matters that require a detailed explanation.
The only official kts777 contact channels are Live Chat and Email. Telegram, Viber, Messenger, or any phone number are not operated as official kts777 support channels. Please use only the official channels to protect your personal information.

At kts777, the minimum deposit amount for all payment methods (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer) is 3,000 Ks. Please also note that for players who wish to withdraw, there is a minimum withdrawal limit of 10,000 Ks.
KBZPay is the payment method most players choose at kts777 because it is fast and easy to use. Open the KBZPay app, transfer via QR code or phone number, and the funds will be credited. If you do not use KBZPay, you can also use Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or Bank Transfer.
Local Games
Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with a 9-card deck. The player and dealer compare hands, and the side with the higher top digit wins. You place your bet after the first 2 cards, then can draw a third card. At kts777 Casino, you can play Live Dealer Shan Koe Mee with Myanmar-speaking dealers.
Results in kts777's 3D lottery are determined by a transparent Random Number Generator (RNG) system with no connection to any third party. Prizes are decided based on how many lines match. No one can guarantee a prediction of the result in advance, so the best approach is to understand the game and play accordingly.
2D lottery is played by choosing a 2-digit number (00–99) and placing a bet. At kts777, results are announced according to the draw schedule, and if your number matches, the payout is credited to your account. We recommend that players understand the game on their own before playing — no platform can guarantee any method of predicting results.
Yes. The kts777 platform is accessible via browser on both Android and iOS devices. All local games — including Shan Koe Mee, 2D, and 3D — run smoothly on mobile, and no separate app download is required.
In Live Casino games, a real human dealer deals the cards and streams live via camera, giving you the feel of a real casino floor. In Software (RNG) games, results are decided by a computer algorithm — faster to play and no dealer needed. Shan Koe Mee, Baccarat, and Roulette are available in both Live and RNG formats at kts777.
Sports Betting
Odds show the payout ratio if a player wins. For example — if Team A has odds of 1.85, a 1,000 Ks bet returns 1,850 Ks. Handicap is a system that levels the playing field by giving the weaker team a head start in goals. For example — Team A -1 means Team A must win by more than 1 goal to cover the handicap.
Yes. kts777 covers EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches, and Champions League and FIFA World Cup matches are also available during their respective seasons. Both Pre-Match betting before kick-off and In-Play betting during matches are supported for football betting at kts777.
Live Betting (In-Play) means odds change in real time while a match is in progress, and players can watch what is happening in the game before making their decisions. Goals scored, penalties awarded — when moments like these occur, you will see the odds update instantly on the kts777 football Live interface.
Accumulator combines bets on 2 or more matches into one, and all selections must be correct to receive a large payout. Because odds multiply together, the potential winnings are higher — but if any single match loses, the entire stake is lost, so keep that in mind. Accumulator protection tools are available at kts777, and you can find full details on the football page.
Over / Under (O/U) is a bet on whether the total goals (or points) in a match will be above or below a set line. For example, with O/U 2.5 — if the total goals are 3 or more it is Over, and if it is 2 or fewer it is Under. This market is only about the number of goals and has nothing to do with which team wins or loses.
